GLNG selects EnergySys for its complete integrated system solution.
Having previously deployed the EnergySys Cloud Platform on a small-scale project, GLNG OPL chose it as the obvious replacement for a major legacy system to manage their gas nominations, allocations, planning, trading, and LNG lifting data.

EnergySys was able to replace the legacy system, which was reliant on several peripheral applications and local servers, and numerous Excel models, with the one SaaS solution. This offered the company several advantages.
GLNG is a joint venture between Santos, Petronas, TotalEnergies and KOGAS. GLNG operates the GLNG Plant and over 500km of gas transmission pipelines in Queensland, and, additionally, all commercial aspects of GLNG. Santos operates GLNG’s upstream assets.
They were able to develop, configure and implement the project themselves, 100% in house, without the use of consultants. This resulted in great savings to the business. They have since expanded their solution into other areas such as LNG marketing, Gas Marketing & Optimisation, regulatory compliance and scheduled report generation.
